SAHE Consultancy LLC provides 1-on-1 sales coaching and mentorship services under the Closing Mastery brand. Our services are provided on a personal, individualized basis. All coaching arrangements, scope of work, and deliverables are defined in a separate agreement signed between SAHE Consultancy LLC and the client prior to commencement.
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Our services are intended for sales professionals and business owners, and are not directed at consumers under the age of 18.
Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are outlined in the individual client agreement. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount using your provided payment method.
Due to the personal and custom nature of our 1-on-1 coaching services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a coaching engagement has commenced. If you have questions before committing, we encourage you to book a free discovery call prior to purchase.
We are committed to delivering high-quality coaching and mentorship. However, individual results vary based on effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of specific income outcomes or results. Any case studies or testimonials shared on our website reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of future performance.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, and training materials — is the property of SAHE Consultancy LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the coaching relationship. This includes business strategies, frameworks, and personal information shared in sessions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAHE Consultancy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of income or business opportunities.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
